tcsh-6.14.06 is now available

I've packaged the all the fixes since 6.14.05 to bring us all to a common
source-base:

 59. set PROGRAM_ENVIRONMENT for OSD_POSIX (Martin Kraemer)
 58. EBCDIC patch (Martin Kraemer)
 57. Highlighting patch (Martin Kraemer)
 56. Mark-Cursor exchange emacs editing fix (Martin Kraemer)

There is a patch:

Thanks to everyone for the patches. Again, I will release this version
