dspmbyte variable in tcsh

Hi Shubin!

Which version of tcsh are you running?  The manual page describes
version 6.10.01, which is the first version that has Big5 support.
If you have an older version then setting dspmbyte=big5 may not
have any effect at all, or at least it wouldn't work correctly.
