file-5.02 is now available

Hello,

Unfortunately just after a released file, Drew Yao pointed out to me some
buffer overflows caused by unchecked values read from a corrupt cdf causing
integer overflows... File-5.02 fixes this issue, and adds even more checks
to cdf parsing...
