file 4.24 no longer identifies .ogg & .url correctly

Hi.

I am using Arch Linux and file 4.24 no longer identifies .ogg & .url files.

For .ogg:

URL=< > above contains nothing but it used to.

I just subscribed to this list today and the mailing list archive ends on April 8, so I don't know if this has been posted already.
