One tiny favor please? Could you revise this form letter template so 
the result reads, e.g.:

... available from:
	ftp://ftp.astron.com/pub/file/file-4.11.tar.gz

I.e, make it a real URL, and remove the tiny little period at the end 
of the sentence.

This for the benefit of people like me who just grab that almost-URL 
string and paste it into a
browser or ftp command line.
